Universal Smarter Justice now uses one runtime and one release train. The focused legal and tax areas remain distinct specialty modules with their own branding, tools, funnels, safety rules and legacy-domain entrances. The v2.0.0-pre22 source intake is 16/25 accepted; legacy-domain cutovers remain gated until parity and deployment qualification.
