Smarter Justice gives approved professionals one central presence across relevant portals. Public users can describe a situation and receive a starting-point suggestion without needing to know the legal category. The description is not saved as an account or saved record.
Professionals create one central account
Attorneys, law firms, can create an account, locate or create profiles, configure firm seats, and manage approved information while paid enrollment remains separate.
Claims and credentials are reviewed separately
Account creation, profile control, identity, credentials, membership, portal participation, sponsorship, availability, and access to optional professional opportunities remain distinct.
Accounts prepare profiles before paid enrollment opens
Professionals can create an account, prepare profile information, and request profile control without a charge. Paid enrollment and member-only participation tools remain unavailable until the controlled professional program is separately approved and opened. Membership will not guarantee clients or matters.
Public users describe what happened
The starting-point tool suggests one primary focused portal and, when useful, a small number of related paths. It does not create an account or saved case.
Each focused portal keeps specialty boundaries
Legal, tax, business, immigration, benefits, healthcare, and other workflows may require different questions, professional types, jurisdictions, privacy rules, and safeguards.
Text can be reviewed, compared, and organized on the user’s device
The free device-only workspace organizes exact source lines, compares two text versions, preserves corrections separately from original text, builds a user-controlled action plan, and prepares an editable factual question or letter draft without sending document contents to Smarter Justice, saving them to an account, or using an AI.
Additional professional tools will be added carefully
Confidential document storage, open matching, public reviews, and consultation booking are not available yet. They will be introduced only when they can be offered responsibly and clearly.
