Describe the problem in plain language. Upload a notice, PDF, screenshot, email, photo, letter, court paper, tax notice, benefits notice, accident letter, or business filing if you have one.

Choose state and local details when needed

Divorce, family, housing, probate, real estate, record cleanup, traffic, workers’ compensation, injury, malpractice, and many other matters depend on state, county, city, court, or agency.

Smarter Justice saves documents, identifies possible concerns that may need review, and gives a plain-language checklist of likely next steps.

Human review is separate

A Human Review Specialist can organize the file, ask follow-up questions, and prepare starter worksheets or file summaries. This is separate from attorney or professional review.

Depending on the issue, attorney, tax attorney, CPA, enrolled-agent, accountant, benefits professional, advocate, mediator, or other qualified review may be recommended.
