The platform is national. Your state, county, court, agency, and professional jurisdiction are context that make a legal path more accurate—they are not limits on who Smarter Justice is for.
Jurisdiction-aware by design
National does not mean one-size-fits-all law.
State and local rules differ. Smarter Justice preserves jurisdiction context, relies on appropriate sources, explains uncertainty, and requires jurisdiction-specific professional and compliance evidence where needed.
Core U.S. jurisdictions
All 50 states and the District of Columbia are part of the platform.
Professional-source and state-law depth can expand at different speeds, but no jurisdiction is treated as outside Smarter Justice.
Coverage depth varies; national scope does not.
Smarter Justice preserves accepted source-backed records already in the platform and allows national professional self-entry. A state-specific official-source connector is evidence for that jurisdiction only. Missing state-specific source depth is an expansion backlog, not a geographic exclusion.
