What a Human Review Specialist may do
- Check whether requested starting information appears complete.
- Organize visible dates, notices, questions, forms, and supporting documents.
- Identify obvious blanks or missing requested items.
- Prepare an organized file for the user or a separately engaged qualified professional.
What the service does not include
Human Review Specialists do not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, medical, financial, or other licensed professional advice. They do not represent users, decide strategy, guarantee legal sufficiency, sign or file documents for users unless a separately authorized service expressly says so, or guarantee any filing, approval, benefit, refund, settlement, deadline result, professional response, or outcome.
Separate fees and engagements
Attorney, tax-professional, accounting, government, court, filing, insurance, premium, shipping, and third-party fees are separate unless a checkout page expressly states otherwise. A Smarter Justice payment does not itself create an attorney-client, accountant-client, tax-professional, or other licensed professional relationship.
Price, timing, and revisions
The checkout page must show the approved price. Your saved-work page or service description must show the expected service window and any included revision opportunity before purchase. Work should not begin until payment is confirmed and the order is accepted for review.
Cancellation and refund framework
No Human Review Specialist service is currently available for purchase. Before any service opens, its scope, price, timing, cancellation terms, refund terms, and support contact will be shown clearly before payment.
Electronic communications and support
A valid email address is required for confirmations, requests for missing information, delivery notices, cancellation or refund communications, and support. Do not send emergencies through Smarter Justice. For immediate danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate current crisis resource.
